Aurora, Ontario -- Despite troubling economic times, Hallelujah Organics of Aurora, Ontario is positioned for growth in the health food business. Hallelujah is set to launch a whole new line of Ready-To-Eat and Ready-To-Cook products as of September, 2010. Ms. Lois Brown, MP will formally award Hallelujah Organics an interest free loan under the Southern Ontario Development Program on September 16, 2010 at the facility. In addition, presentations will be made by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs Department and by the Township of Aurora. Hallelujah Organics has sourced and distributed healthy FREEdom and organic meats and seafood for 10 years. As of September, 2010 Hallelujah will be officially opening a new facility and launching a whole new line of Ready-To-Eat and Ready-To-Cook products designed by a master chef from England (formally of Marks and Spencer) and a well known chef/nutritionist from Toronto (Theresa Albert of Thyme For Supper). These products will be featured at tasting centres on location that day. Hallelujah has worked in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs to complete a brand new state-of-the-art facility with SMART technology. The facility demonstrates a commitment to traceability, hygiene/sanitation and energy efficiency, a pillar of Hallelujah's environmental sustainability value.
